Weekly angel card reading for October 16 – 22 2017

This week’s theme: Take action and take care.

 

If you read the card reading for October 2 – 8 then you already know this card is about the ending of a cycle and creating change. This card is a call to action. It’s telling us it’s time to get off our butts and go do. Stop procrastinating and making excuses. Stop waiting until *insert ideal scenario here* You don’t need to have everything figured out right now, just get started. Maybe you’ve already gotten started, maybe you’re even done, but fear is holding you back from moving forward with the next step. The angels are saying it’s time to be brave and move forward regardless of what your fear is telling you. This can also be applied on a global scale. One look on social media and the news or at your environment, and its obvious this world is in desperate need of positive actions and changes. In relation to the card below, this may also be a message to take action to take care of yourself.

 

Constantly giving of yourself can leave you feeling depleted and empty. In order to continue giving, you first need to receive. To boost your energy, mood and motivation, reward yourself for all the work you’ve done. This is done through various forms of self-care such as doing something you find relaxing and enjoyable or something that lights you up. This card depicts a child (angel) at an ocean/beach side. This can be a call to go on vacation, take a swim, or simply take a walk on the beach. It could also be a call to allow your inner-child to come out to play and/or to give to yourself without judgment or fear of being judged. The basic message here is 2-fold: 1. Appreciate all that you’ve done 2. Balance giving with receiving

 

When you put these cards together the message is clear: Take action then reward yourself for a job well done.
